**Late Policy**
In order to reduce wait times in our office, we see patients by appointment only. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for updating insurance information or completing necessary forms. We limit the number of well visits each day to accommodate same day sick appointments, so well visits need to be scheduled 4-6 weeks before the appointment is needed. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, please call to inform our staff. We may be unable to accommodate visits arriving more than 10 minutes after their appointment time and will need to reschedule to another day and time.

**Portal Scheduling**

Portal scheduling can be used for any same day sick appointments before 3pm and yearly well check appointments.
